Cool Springs Condo Market report for June

Ashton ParkCool Springs Condos were selling at a reasonable rate during the month of June with 11 closings. Broken down by neighborhood, it looks like this.

  • Andover - 1 closing for $196,500
  • Mckays Mill  - 5 closings at an average of $212,000
  • Parkside at Aspen Grove  - 1 closing at $225,000
  • Avalon - 2 closings at an average of $289,500
  • Ashton Park - 2 closings at an average of $407,000

With 53 condos currently available in the Cool Springs area, it seems to be a balanced market, with less than a 5 months supply of inventory.
