Brentwood real estate - I'm starting to wonder where the people who have moved here are living. Based on information that we all have, the population is continuing to climb, and people are still moving to Middle Tennessee, and in particular Brentwood and Franklin. What I don't understand is where are they living.

Apartments are all full, and rental homes have all been rented. Where do you go next? I'm not sure why people aren't trying to get these cheap properties before they disappear. Brentwood real estate is as cheap as I've seen it for 5 years, and Franklin real estate is the same way. What's going on in the mind of the renters right now?

This is not what the media would have you believe. Yes sales are down, but not prices. If you are planning to buy real estate in WIlliamson county, expect a good selection, and a decend price. But because we don't have a large selection of bank owned properties, the prices are not falling.

This park is located on Crockett right behind woodland middle school. It is a wonderful place to spend a sunny day.

The paved walking and biking trails lead to other parks throughout east Brentwood through green space and tunnels allowing for safe recreation without the risk of public roads. The trails as accessible in the neighborhoods of Brenthaven, Montclair, Carriage Hills, Oak Hall, Raintree Forest, Indian Point, and Concord hunt.

The City of Brentwood has a great network of walking and bike paths that weave thoughout the neighborhoods on the east side of Brentwood. The city built tunnels under Wilson pike and Moores lane so that walkers wouldn't have to cross the busy roads. These paths all lead to or start at one of the parks in Brentwood. Montclair  in Brentwood is a short drive to Cool Springs mall, and close to downtown Nashville. As part of the city of Brentwood, it's homeowners have access to some of the best schools in the state, as well as many recreational facilities. A walking trail winds it's way from Crockett park and over to Ravenwood high school, the Brentwood YMCA is just minutes away on Concord road, and the Montclair community pool is available during the summer months.
