Cheswicke Farms Home Sales For Summer

Cheswicke FarmsCheswicke Farms is a community located on the east side of Franklin, close to Cool Springs. Sales in Cheswicke Farms for the summer have been reasonably brisk, and at this time has a 3 month absorbtion rate (we call that a seller market).

The reason that homes are selling so well, is the price and the location. For Franklin real estate, Cheswicke farms is very reasonably priced at an average of $345,000. And the location is just minutes from Cool Springs and several exits to I-65.

Westhaven real estate sales - Summer 2009

Westhaven is the most popular community in Franklin. It's a great place to live.

Via Larry Brewer Nashville real estate (Keller Williams - Franklin tn):

Westhaven real estate - westhaven real estateSales for the summer months of June, July and August were encouraging. 27 homes were closed at an average price of $597,833. The average size of Westhaven real estate was 3701 square ft. The average days on market for closed homes was 132.

Days on market in new construction neighborhoods is not very useful, as some homes are listed before they are built, Making a quick close impossble.

The Westhaven golf course is near completion, and should be available for play soon.

Westhaven is located just a few miles west of the historic Franklin Square in Williamson county, and is a short drive to Nashville and Brentwood.

Maggie the Ficus

maggieMaggie is now 15 years old, she was just a little thing when adopted her, no more than a few inches tall. As you can see by the picture, she has become very sizable, and requires rollers for me to move her around. She loves the morning sunshine, but if she gets too much, her leaves start to fall off.

I used to think she knew when fall was coming, because she would lose a considerable amount of leaves. Now I know that I should water her on a schedule so she doesn't think the dry season is here. I'm not sure how I'm going to find a bigger pot for her that will still fit in the house, but her growth will probably require it soon.

Do you talk to plants?

I haven't yet, but give me a few more crazy buyers and I might start.

Wordless Wednesday

Belle Meade Pool

Do you need to relax when you've had a hard day in the office? You could just head for the bottle of scotch and drink your worries away, or you could build a nice relaxing pool with a waterfall. To a lot of people, this may be the best investent they ever make. Who knows what it could do for your health to actually relax every day.

If you would like to purchase this Nashville pool (a nice home comes with it), give me a call.
