Newport Crossing real estate sales

Newport Crossing isa great neighborhood just north of Spring Hiil.

  • five homes sold in Newport Crossing at an average of $181,60
  • The average size of Newport Crossings real estate sold was 1813 square ft
  • The range of Newport Crossing real estate sold was from 1363 square ft with no garage to 2744 square ft with a 2 car garage.
  • 10 properties are avalable in Newport Crossing  with the average price being $206,105
  • The average size of  Newport crossing real estate  is 2007 square ft, with the smallest being 1034 and the largest being 2744.

WIlliamson county Foreclosed properties

Foreclosures are so rare in Williamson county that it's hard to pass them up when one finally does come on the market.

Williamson county real estate - I get buyers calling me about once a week wanting to know if I have any foreclosures? The answer is yes and no. The yes part is that I can find and help buyers purchase foreclosed property in Williamson county, Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Green Hills, and anywhere else in Middle Tennessee that they exist. The no part is that I personally am not representing any banks who have foreclosed properties.

That's good if you are a buyer. It means that I can work with you, without having to be careful about making the owners of the property mad (that would be the banks again). I cannot automate the search for this, because of the way the MLS is structured. Polk Place Market Report - Franklin tn

Polk Place is one of the more affordable all brick neighborhood in Franklin. The location is excellent and the value is unbeatable

Polk Place real estate sales for the month of October and November have picked up with 8 closings in the last 7 weeks.

 With only 11 homes available for sale, and one of those under contract, the absorption rate in Polk Place is 2.5 months. This is an extreme reversal from the market of the summer, and should be kept in consideration by anyone wanting to buy a Polk Place home.

  • The average price of Polk Place homes sold in October and November is $387,000
  • The average price per square ft of Polk Place real estate sold is $122.51 per square ft
  • The Average days on market for Polk Place homes old is 69
  • The most expensive home sold in Polk Place was $565,000

The average price of Franklin TN real estate sold in October was $443,324 in 2008 compared to $479,705 in 2007.
The average size of Franklin TN real estate sold in October was 3001 square ft in 2008 compared to 3133 in 2007.
The average days on market for Franklin TN real estate sold in October was 72 days in 2008 compared to 55 days in 2007.
The average price per square ft of Franklin TN real estate sold in October was $147 in 2008 compared to $153 in 2007.
